You are cordially invited to be a part of the music ministry here at First Lutheran Church. The following are some opportunities for you if you are interested in becoming involved. See our Ministry Goals.

Ministry Chair: Penny Dixon, Dir. of Music Ministries


Grace Note Choir

This choir is a mixed choir of men and women who rehearse each Sunday morning from 9:45am - 10:45am, September through May.

King's Men Choir

This choir, composed of men from the congregation, rehearse Fridays from 11:30am - 12:15pm, September through May.

El Shaddai

Named after another name for God in Hebrew, this choir is open to all young people between 7th and 12th grades. Rehearsals are Tuesdays from 7:30pm - 8:15pm, September through May. The choir presents special music for Youth Sunday in the spring.

Glory Ringers

This handbell choir rehearses on Tuesday evenings 6:00pm - 7:15pm, September through May. The choir consists of four octaves of bells and handchimes.

Cherub Bell Ringers

This choir (3rd - 6th grade) gathers together with the Glory Ringers twice a year to present special music for worship.

Instrumentalists

We are always looking for people who are willing to enhance our worship with instruments.
